Cancellation Policy

 

  1. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  2. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
  3. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  4. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  5. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor whether, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
